Shipping Policy

Please make sure that your address is entered correctly!

I am not responsible for theft of your package.  If you believe that this may be an issue, please have your package delivered to your workplace, set up a PO Box, or send me a note requiring signature on delivery.

Items marked "Ready to Ship" will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days.

Made to order items will be shipped after I have finished making the items, and will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days after they are completed.

All items valued over $100 will be shipped insured.

Domestic Orders

Free standard domestic shipping for all items.  This does not apply to items that are exchanged/refunded.  Please refer to the Exchanges and Refunds Policy.

Can take a week or more to arrive!  When an item is shipped you will be provided a tracking number to track your package's progress.

International orders

Please note that I am shipping to limited countries at this time due to delivery issues related to the pandemic.  If you are an international customer and are unable to complete checkout due to your location, you may contact me and I'll verify whether it's possible to ship to you.  IMPORTANT:  International orders can take 8 weeks or more to arrive.  You must be aware of this before ordering.  Much of the delay can be caused by the customs process, which is out of my control.

International buyers are responsible for all import taxes and fees related to your purchase. The true value of your items will be shown on the customs form.  It is illegal to show a lesser value on the form.

International orders will be shipped USPS First Class International insured.  A tracking number will be provided; however do be aware that frequently, tracking is not updated once the package leaves the United States. Your order can take 1-8 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
