Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Please read this Policy carefully, as Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations are handled differently for custom and non-custom work!

Purchase of an item from my shop implies agreement to the terms of this Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations policy.

Custom items: include any item that has been made specifically for you.  This includes:  sizing for you, personalization with names, words, initials, etc., or changes to the original design of the item.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-custom orders only.

If you wish to return or exchange non-custom item:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery via the "Contact Me" tab on my shop.
  • Ship the item back to me within 14 days of delivery in unworn condition.

Returns (Refunds) for non-custom item: I will process a refund back to your original method of payment as soon as I receive the item.  Buyers are responsible for cost of shipping the item back to me.

Exchange of non-custom item: I will send the item for exchange upon receipt of the original item and confirmation of its unworn condition.  Buyers are responsible for cost of shipping the item back to me, as well cost of shipping the exchange item.


Cancellation will be accepted for non-custom item if:

  • Order hasn't been shipped yet.  Contact me immediately to arrange for cancellation of your order.
  • If order has been shipped:  Contact me when the item arrives to arrange for a refund in accordance with the Refund policy in this document.

Cancellation of purchase for custom item:  The sale of a custom item is a final sale, and cancellation is accepted only if I have not yet started work on your custom order, so please bear this in mind before placing an order for a custom item!
